Enjoy the camaraderie of shared experience with up to two other students while still receiving personalized attention.

Session Duration

Whether you choose a private or semi-private session, expect a comprehensive workout lasting 45 to 55 minutes. 


24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that all our clients receive the attention they deserve, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
